Kathy is extremely knowledgeable and resourceful. I first met Kathy when I relocated from the East coast and needed to rent a place quickly. She was extremely responsive and shared photos of the unit that I would be renting virtually sight unseen. Kathy strives to be a trusted adviser no matter what side of the table you are on. As a result, three years later, I only wanted Kathy advising me in my first SF real estate purchase. Her diligence and resourcefulness resulted in a successful purchase that I am very happy with. There is not doubt that the market is competitive in the Bay area and unlike many of the realtors here, Kathy does not have an ego that often times will kill a deal. I highly recommend Kathy!
