She is currently managing multi-millions worth of real estate in San Francisco and continuously gains the trust from many homeowners and investors who are impressed by her dedications.

April brings a wealth of experience to the table in many areas. She's an aggressive and experienced negotiator who achieves results for her clients and demonstrates it through her success. April has been in the sales industry 8 years. Her experience started in Corporate Sales in a completely different area of business. Excelling in every company she’s worked for, and achieving awards year after year. She eventually ventured out to the Mortgage Finance & Real Estate sales business. April’s tenure includes working with one of the top five Wholesale Mortgage lenders in the nation, owned by GE’s Finance Division an internationally recognized company whose strategic way of doing business brought them to the top. 2004 & 2005 she was awarded top in her division for sales volume and loan quality, averaging $15 million to $20 million in wholesale volume per month. In 2006 she was also affiliated with Wall Street banker | Lehman Brothers piloting some of their upcoming business mergers and training on their newest products. Working with some of the key players in the business, she’s attained a wealth of knowledge in the market trends, strategic business planning, and negotiating through some of the toughest, most creative deals, and at the same time developing a vast network of relationships.
