Kathy is, hands down, the finest RE broker I've ever worked with, and I've
worked with at least a dozen, both here and in NYC - She is responsive,
knowledgeable, ethical, and trustworthy - I've worked with Kathy on both sides
of a deal (as a renter, and later as a landlord), and she is the consummate
professional - I moved here from NYC, and was (understandably) jaded on brokers,
but Kathy breaks the mold - She has the best listings in SF in my opinion, and a
database of contacts that is second to none - Unlike so many other agents, Kathy
is never pushy, doesn't waste people's time, is not fee-driven, is realistic,
and has market insights that are unique and first-rate - Moving and finding the
